Best Hospital in Delhi

As you must be aware, today my parents were discharged from the hospital. Just wanted to say a huge 'Thank you ' to you for so smoothly facilitating their admission and pandering to various requests and accomodating all our idiosyncrasies. May God bless you with such immense patience and understanding always and lead you from happy to happier.

Recently our family tested positive for COVID-19 and both my parents Santosh and Manisha Shrivastava were admitted to S L Raheja, Delhi. I sincerely want to thank the hospital for the treatment provided along with the hospitality during their stay. The staff offered good care and all the medicines and food were given to them timely. Specially, Ms Vinitha did a tremendous job in coordinating their stay and helped in every possible way. Once again Thank You for providing a highly satisfactory treatment and stay at your prestigious hospital.

My son Shaurya and I Neha Yadav had been admitted here at New Ganga Hospital Hospital, Delhi on 3rd May. Today on 9th May we are getting discharged from here. All these 6 days we were well taken care of and kept by the sisters, ward boys, and doctors. Overall, this has been my pleasant experience being admitted here and would like to laud the staff and everybody working here as they are doing a tremendous job.

I, Ramesh Chandra Kailkhura of ONGC reported the hospital on 3rd June, 2020 in night. I got all medical support DR Visit and all other staff nurse and sister visit for all jobs in time. Overall service of the hospital is very good and I got excellent treatment in hospital for which I am thankful.

I would like to take this opportunity to Thank Vinitaji for the great help she is providing during my Chemo sessions. Without her help, it would be difficult for me to solve the queries of the TPA.

The support you all extended to our family, especially our kids, is beyond what we could have expected. Your kindness and help has brought the smile back to our faces in these troubled times. Dear Dr. Sanjith, As I write this letter, I have tears in my eyes. Tears of happiness and gratitude. You and your team has given me a second life. I shall always be indebted and can never forget the efforts that you and your team are taking in managing extremely critical patients. I can say for sure that ICU of Fortis New Ganga Hospital, Delhi, can be rated as the best ICU of the city. The nursing staff and housekeeping staff have a sensitive approach towards the patients and have contributed to my recovery.

Special thanks to Stiben brother and Rateesh brother. On one occasion when life seemed to be fading away Stiben brother held my hand tight for hours and I personally feel held me back from leaving this world. Words are falling short in expressing all my feelings and gratitude. THANKS FROM HEART & KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK. GOD BLESS ALL.

I would like to thank each and every doctor/staff/and all health care workers and the persons working behind the screen involved in Covid patients ward 12th floor. Thank you for making me come out of this crisis by keeping me psychologically strong and helping out in every moment of life from admission till discharge. I had a lovely time with all of you. I never felt that I was Covid effected patient because of all of your love and timely treatment. Your telephone bell is still ringing my hears for timely reminders for medication /mouth gargling Doctor's concerns and other all concerns. All was good till the end by God's grace and all of your support.

The facility & room are very satisfactory. Nurses, doctors & other staff are excellent. Food service & quality very good. Nurses carrying smiling face is very much appreciated.

The medicine, nursing care etc was good. The behavior of staff, doctor was good. Thanking you for service.
